You may qualify for personal care service. Your primary care physician will need to make a referral for services. If you meet state requirements you will be able to receive personal care services.
If you or a loved one needs assistance with:
- Bathing
- Grooming
- Dressing
- Toileting
- Hygiene
- Mobility
- Eating
If you receive Medicaid, Medicaid may pay for up to 80 hours per month for an In-Home Caregiver to provide personal care services. Light housekeeping tasks that are directly related to the approved assistance for personal care task, such as cleaning tasks and meal preparations.
